Shipping & Delivery
Once an order is received on the website, we will verify the order and process it within 2-3 working days. We will deliver them to you via our delivery partner. Standard delivery times are 3-5 working days, however, it can take longer to deliver in remote areas and in cities affected due to covid restrictions.

Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy
Please note that orders placed on the website are final and cannot be cancelled.

In the unlikely event that you receive wrong or faulty product, please share an unboxing video of the product for a fair consideration of your claim. If we suspect a fraudulent claim or where there are repetitive claims by an individual, then at our discretion we will not replace the goods, and the customer will be blocked from purchasing from our website in the future.

Due to health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept return of the products sold on our website. However, we will accept return in the instance wherein we have shipped the wrong product to you. A refund will be issued for the wrong product only when we receive the product in the same condition as when it was shipped to you.
